Use of service

LiveHelm provides AI-powered board governance software for nonprofit organizations. You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to LiveHelm. We do not use your governance documents or board data to train AI models. Upon cancellation, you have 90 days to export your data.

Accessibility

We work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across livehelm.com and the LiveHelm platform. Accessibility is a genuine priority for us. However, we are an early-stage product and cannot guarantee that every part of our service is fully conformant at all times.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email us at accessibility@livehelm.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to fix confirmed issues as quickly as possible. We appreciate every report.
