How it works
One phone number. Five things happen automatically.
No booking, no calendar sync, no dashboard to log into -- just a phone number that answers, captures, and follows up. Here's exactly what it does.
How it works
One phone number. Five things happen automatically.
- Live now
It answers
Every call, 24/7, in a natural conversation -- in the organization’s own voice and branding. No voicemail, no ringing out.
- Live now
It captures
Who called, what they needed, and how to reach them -- every time, whether or not they’d have left a voicemail at all.
- Live now
It notifies you
The moment something needs a person, you get a text with the caller’s info and a summary. Reply with a single digit -- no app to open.
- Available after carrier approval
It follows up
Anyone whose call went unanswered or unresolved gets a text back within 30 seconds, from the same number.
- Live now
It keeps the record
Every call recorded, transcribed, and summarized. A weekly email totals what happened.
In full
Everything LiveHelm does today -- and what it doesn't, yet
Every capability here is labeled with its real status. Nothing marked 'planned' is being sold as working.
Answers every call, 24/7
Live nowA dedicated number for the organization. The AI answers in its own voice and branding -- no after-hours gap, no ringing out to nothing.
Captures who called and what they wanted
Live nowName, contact info, and the reason for the call -- logged automatically, no one has to remember to write it down.
Records, transcribes, and logs every call
Live nowA summary of what was discussed, attached to the record. Nothing about how a call was handled is invisible.
Escalates to you immediately
Live nowWhen a caller asks for a person, or the situation is urgent or high-value, you’re notified right away. Reply 1, 2, or 3 -- no dashboard login required.
Weekly staff email report
Live nowCalls answered, new leads, text-backs sent, replies, and escalations -- with a clearly labeled estimate of value, showing its own math.
Never invents a price or a time
Live nowThe AI won’t quote a price it wasn’t given and won’t promise an arrival time. Anything outside what it’s configured to say goes to a person instead of being guessed at.
Tracks the conversation explicitly
Live nowWhat’s been asked, offered, and confirmed is tracked, so the AI can’t lose the thread or contradict itself mid-conversation.
Missed-call text-back in 30 seconds
Available after carrier approvalTwo distinct messages: a genuine "sorry we missed you" for an abandoned call, and a "let’s pick up where we left off" for a call that connected but didn’t resolve.
Available once the organization’s number clears A2P 10DLC carrier registration. Voice works day one regardless.
AI-driven SMS conversation
Available after carrier approvalThe AI can continue a thread entirely by text -- asking what’s needed and confirming details, same guardrails as the phone.
Available once the organization’s number clears A2P 10DLC carrier registration.
Opt-outs are permanent
Live nowReplying STOP is honored automatically by the carrier and independently inside LiveHelm -- no path can text that person again.
Appointment booking
Planned, not builtChecking availability and booking a job on the call.
Not built yet -- deliberately. We want to talk to real customers before we build it.
Calendar sync
Planned, not builtA live sync with the organization’s own calendar.
Planned, not required for anything the AI does today.
Self-serve dashboard
Planned, not builtA place for the organization to log in and see their own calls, texts, and history.
Not built yet. Today, you get email notifications.

What it actually produces
Hey, do you guys have anything open this afternoon?
I can take your info and get you an answer -- what's your name and the best number to reach you?
Sure, it’s Marcus, 555-0148.
Got it, Marcus. I've logged your request and someone will follow up shortly.

The weekly report
- 41
- calls answered
- 9
- new leads captured
- 6
- text-backs sent
- 3
- escalations

What it won’t do
It never invents a price and never promises a specific arrival time. Anything outside what it’s configured to say goes to a person instead of being guessed at.
Try to make it quote you a price -- it won't. Ask when someone can get to you -- it won't guess. Ask for something we haven't configured and it puts a person on it instead of making something up.
Common questions
About how it works
Is LiveHelm live yet, or is this a pitch for something you’re still building?
Voice answering, call capture, staff escalation, and the weekly report are built and working today. Text-back is built and tested but switched off until an organization’s number clears carrier registration. Appointment booking isn’t built. Call (805) 628-4411 to hear the live part yourself.
Can it make things up?
It’s built not to. It never invents a price and never promises a specific time. Anything outside what it’s configured to say is escalated to a person instead of guessed at.
Do I need a contract?
No. It’s month-to-month, and you keep your existing phone number the whole time.
How is this different from voicemail?
Voicemail waits for a message nobody may leave. LiveHelm has a real conversation, captures what the caller needs, and gets you notified right away if it’s something only you can handle.
What happens to a text message if someone replies STOP?
It’s honored automatically by the carrier and independently tracked inside LiveHelm. That person can’t be texted again by any path, permanently.
Call it. That's the whole demonstration.
Call it. LiveHelm answers, asks what you need, then routes you to a person.
