About LiveHelm

Built by one person, answered by one phone number.

I’m Jazz Garcha, the founder. LiveHelm exists because every small organization I know has the same problem: the phone rings while someone’s hands are full, and there’s no good answer for what happens next. Voicemail doesn’t work. A part-time hire doesn’t cover nights and weekends. And most “AI receptionist” products either overpromise or quietly guess at things they shouldn’t.

So the rule I built this around is simple: it should never say something it wasn’t told to say. It doesn’t quote a price it wasn’t given. It doesn’t promise a time it can’t guarantee. When it doesn’t know, it gets a person involved instead of making something up.

I haven’t built appointment booking yet, on purpose. I want to talk to real nonprofit staff before I guess at what they’d actually use. If you call the number below, you’re talking to the product itself -- and if something needs a human, that human is me.

As of 2026-08-21: Pre-launch. Voice answering, call capture, staff escalation, and the weekly report are live. Caller text-back is built and tested but gated until each number clears carrier registration. Appointment booking is not built.
