Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-21
LiveHelm (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides an AI phone answering service for businesses. This policy describes how we handle information about callers, text-message recipients, and the businesses that use LiveHelm.
Information we collect
When someone calls a business using LiveHelm, we collect what’s said on the call (recorded and transcribed), the caller’s phone number and any contact details they provide, and a summary of the request. When SMS is enabled for a business, we collect the content of text conversations in the same way. We also collect information businesses provide directly, such as when requesting a quote.
Call recording
Calls are recorded and transcribed so nothing about how a request was handled is invisible. Where required by law -- including states with two-party consent requirements -- a recording disclosure plays at the start of the call. The business using LiveHelm is responsible for configuring and honoring the disclosure requirements that apply to it.
How we use information
We use call and message content to answer the caller’s request, notify the business, generate the weekly owner report, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages and opt-out
Outbound texts are only sent once a business’s number has cleared carrier registration. Replying STOP to any text opts a number out permanently, honored automatically by the carrier and independently inside LiveHelm. See the full messaging terms.
Third parties
We use third-party services to operate LiveHelm and this website, including Formspree to process contact-form submissions and PostHog for website analytics. PostHog may collect information such as pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location, and sets a cookie to distinguish unique sessions. These providers process information only as needed to provide their service to us.
