Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 2026
Our commitment
LiveHelm is committed to making livehelm.com and the LiveHelm platform as accessible as possible to people with disabilities. We work toward conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we take accessibility issues seriously.
We are an early-stage product. While accessibility is a core priority — not an afterthought — we may not have caught every issue. We rely on user feedback to find and fix problems we missed, and we treat reported accessibility barriers with the same urgency as security issues.
Conformance status
We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance and use the following during development and testing:
- Automated scanning with axe DevTools
- Lighthouse accessibility audits
- Keyboard-only navigation testing
- Color contrast verification
We do not claim full conformance. Gaps may exist, particularly in newer features and third-party integrations. We are actively working to identify and address them.
Found an issue? Please tell us.
If you encounter something on livehelm.com or in the LiveHelm platform that is difficult or impossible to use, we want to know. Your report helps us improve for everyone.
Email us at accessibility@livehelm.com with a description of the issue and how you encountered it. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to fix confirmed barriers as quickly as possible.
There is no wrong way to report. Plain language is fine. We appreciate every report, whether it is a minor inconvenience or a complete blocker.
Known limitations
Third-party content embedded in the platform — such as video conferencing integrations — may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We have limited control over these components but will flag accessibility issues to our integration partners.
